Legal basis for processing

The Data Controller processes personal data relating to website users (data subjects) in case there is one of the following conditions:

Place of processing

At the end of the retention period, personal data will be deleted. Therefore, at the end of this period, the right of access, deletion, rectification and the right to portability of data can no longer be exercised.

  • obtain the deletion or removal of your personal data. When certain conditions apply, you may request the cancellation of your data by the Data Controller.
  • receive your data or have them transferred to another data controller. You have the right to receive your data in structured format, common use and readable by automatic device and, where technically feasible, to obtain its transfer without obstacles to another data controller. The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by updating this page and, if possible, if technically and legally feasible, by sending a notification to data subjects through one of the contact details held by the Data Controller. Please consult this page regularly, referring to the date of last update indicated at the bottom of this page. If the changes affect processing whose legal basis is consent, the Data Controller will collect your consent again, if necessary.
